School Uniform
The school uniform is worn by all pupils in school (Nursery to Year 6) and parents are asked to support our uniform policy.
The uniform is as follows:
Required items
- Royal blue sweatshirt or cardigan
- White polo shirt
- Grey or black trousers, skirt, shorts or pinafore
- Plain black sensible shoes- no heels
Optional items
- Blue and white gingham dress (summer)
No make-up or jewellery other than a wristwatch is to be worn.
PE kits are provided by the school, but trainers are provided by parents and carers.
All children must be dressed sensibly for school.
Sweatshirts, cardigans and polo shirts bearing our school can be purchased from our school uniform supplier, Logos Unlimited, 320C Mayoral Way Team Valley, Gateshead NE11 0RT or online at Logos Unlimited - Shop Online
Items bearing the logo are not essential, uniforms can be purchased from other stores, e.g. supermarkets.

PE Kit
We have provided each child in Year 1 - Year 6 with a school PE kit. The PE kit includes a white t-shirt, black shorts and a drawstring bag. We ask that children provide trainers or plimsoles. These can either be kept in their PE bags or brought into school for each PE lesson.
To ensure the safety of all of our children, long hair must be tied back and no jewellery can be worn during PE lessons.

💍 Jewellery
- ❌ Jewellery is not allowed in school.
- ⌚ A watch is permitted but must be removed for PE.
- ⚠️ Earrings are not allowed due to safety risks during PE, playtime, and swimming.
- 🗣️ Children wearing earrings will be asked to remove them. If they cannot, alternative activities may be arranged and parents contacted.
- 🛑 Staff cannot remove earrings or take responsibility for lost or damaged jewellery.
- 📅 If your child is having their ears pierced, we recommend doing this at the start of the summer holidays so earrings can be removed by the autumn term.
📱 Mobile Phones
- 🏠 It is strongly recommended that mobile phones are left at home.
- 📥 If a phone is brought to school:
- It must be switched off and handed to the school office at the start of the day.
- Parents must complete a permission form (available from the office or on our Policies page).
- 🚫 The school does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to phones or other personal items.
