Early Years have been exploring 3D shapes this week. We investigated the properties of different shapes and discovered which ones can roll and which ones can stack. The children then took on a challenge to build a tower using both stackable shapes and a shape that rolls. There was lots of problem-solving, teamwork and mathematical thinking as they experimented with different designs and structures. Well done, Early Years!
