Terms and Conditions of Booking
The Swalwell Stars after school care will be organized and supervised by school staff.
All sessions must be booked in advance and payment must be made in advance through Parent Pay. We are also part of the childcare voucher scheme/Tax Free Childcare scheme . All bookings should be made via https://forms.office.com/e/ruimBkf9uy
All booked sessions are chargeable and no refunds will be provided unless absence is due to genuine unforeseen circumstances for example a school closure.
Cancellations made on the day will be charged at the full session rate as a space have been allocated. No shows will also be charged the full session rate.
The school car park should not be used to drop children off or collect children from after school club, save for those with Blue Badges.
All children will be signed in and out by staff on arrival and departure.
Swalwell Stars club closes at 5.pm — there will be a late collection fee charged after 5.10pm, which will be charged at a fixed rate of £10 to cover additional staffing costs.
