PE Kit

Children in Years 1 to 6 are required to provide their own PE kit. The school PE kit consists of a plain white t-shirt, plain black shorts and a suitable bag to keep these items in. Children should also have a pair of trainers or plimsolls for outdoor PE activities. PE kits can either be kept in school throughout the week or brought in on PE days.

To ensure the safety of all children, long hair must be tied back and jewellery must not be worn during PE lessons. Please ensure all PE clothing and footwear is clearly labelled with your child's name.

Jewellery & Mobile Phones – School Policy

💍 Jewellery

  •  Jewellery is not allowed in school.
  •  A watch is permitted but must be removed for PE.
  •  Earrings are not allowed due to safety risks during PE, playtime, and swimming.
  • Children wearing earrings will be asked to remove them. If they cannot, alternative activities may be arranged and parents contacted.
  •  Staff cannot remove earrings or take responsibility for lost or damaged jewellery.
  •  If your child is having their ears pierced, we recommend doing this at the start of the summer holidays so earrings can be removed by the autumn term.

📱 Mobile Phones

  •  It is strongly recommended that mobile phones are left at home.
  •  If a phone is brought to school:
    • It must be switched off and handed to the school office at the start of the day.
    • Parents must complete a permission form (available from the office or on our Policies page).
  • 🚫 The school does not accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to phones or other personal items.
