What a great start we have all had in Year 4! The children have all come back to school with a fantastic attitude and are all working extremely hard in our lessons, enjoying being back together and having lots of fun. In our English lessons, we have been reading and writing about Mowzer ‘The Mousehole Cat’ creating some wonderful descriptive pieces about the small fishing village in Cornwall where she lives. In maths, we have been exploring numbers up to 10,000 by rounding, counting and representing numbers in different ways – we have certainly got our thinking caps on! We’re off to a wonderful start and the children should all be very proud of the work they have completed so far and the brilliant attitude they are showing every day! Well done Year 4.
