Strike a pose!
This week in our Art lesson year 1 & 2 learned how to manipulate wire to create a model of us! We looked at the work of famous pop artists and how superheroes were often portrayed in bold, strong poses. We took inspiration and began creating our own poses, taking photographs of each other. We then used pipe cleaners to manipulate a body shape, paying close attention to the position and shape of each of our posed body parts. We were very impressed with our final outcomes!
Well done to all of Year 1 & 2 both in school and at home for working so hard and adapting to each change with confidence.
