Hello Everyone!

 

For well being this week, we are focusing on our belly breathing. Taking 2 minutes everyday to do some deep breathing is scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve attention and make a person feel calmer. 

 

Why not have a try of one of our breathing exercises? Or you could create your own and share with your teacher on Tapestry.
