Owl Babies
We have had so much fun in Nursery this week by taking part in lots of making and decorating! The book we are currently reading is ‘Owl Babies’ so we decided to make chocolate nest cakes and owl biscuits. We spent time talking about bird nests, how they're made and what they might be made from. We have also talked about the different parts of the owl body including their feathers, wings, eyes and ears which led to us making some gorgeous owl masks that we are using for role play in our vet surgery.
