Autumn Walk
In Reception we have been learning all about Autumn and the changes that occur in the world around us during this season. We went on an walk around our school grounds to look for signs of Autumn. We all noticed that it was cold and we needed our coats and hats on to keep warm. There were lots of leaves on the ground and we collected some of our favourites, noticing all of the different colours. We also found berries and nuts and talked about how they would either be eaten by birds and animals or grow in to new plants. We made a collection of our favourite objects and brought them back to class to explore in more detail.
