Tom's journey into the storm...
Mr Warren and Mrs Hall have been, once again, blown away by the brilliant efforts of all children in Year 4!
We are thoroughly enjoying our text in English, The Mousehole Cat, and we have written some amazing diary entries about the day Tom and Mowzer ventured into the dangerous storm that came to their small fishing village of Mousehole. We spent time carefully selecting vocabulary that would perfectly describe the thoughts and feelings of Tom and Mowzer to our readers!
I wonder if any children could tell their adult where we could find Mousehole on a world map?
After writing our diary entries, we decided to analyse some of the features of non-chronological reports. Can any children list explain some of the features we found to their adult?
