Good morning everyone.
Following on from our bus related work yesterday today I want you to explore things that roll. Make a ramp from something – you could use a piece of wood propped up on some books or a large hardback book propped on some books or building blocks – be inventive. Then collect some objects and try rolling them down the ramp. Sort them in to the objects that do roll and those that don’t. Do you see any similarities between all of the objects that do roll? You could have a competition to see which object will keep rolling the furthest. Do any roll faster than others?
Have a good weekend and a lovely half term break – don’t forget to keep a diary of all the fun things that you do with your family over half term so that we can share them when we get back to school.
