Year 1 are scientists!
Year 1 thoroughly enjoyed becoming scientists this week and carrying out a range of fun experiments!
We made oobleck using cornflour and water and were fascinated by the changing state from solid to liquid.
We also carried out the coke and mentos challenge alongside year 2 and couldn’t believe the chemical reaction as it caused a huge eruption!
To conclude the week we enjoyed making bubble snakes! We competed to see who could create the longest cluster of bubbles before the ‘snake’ broke off.
