Child’s Mental Health Week – Day 3

 

Music is a great way to express ourselves. We can make our own music or listen to our favourite songs. We might listen to different songs depending on how we are feeling. All emotions are important and it is important that we allow ourselves time to express our feelings in a calm way. Music can help us to release tension and stress, to relax and to be creative.

 

Choose one of the activities below to do today:

1. Create a playlist of songs for different emotions (you can use the template at the top of this page). 

2. Make your own musical instrument (see ideas below). 

3. Make your own music to represent different emotions. 

4. Play your favourite songs and sing along! 

 

Remember to upload to Tapestry so your teacher can see your creations.
