Welcome Back Year 3!
What a great start we have had to Year 3! It has been a pleasure to get to know all of your wonderful children, I am excited for the year we have ahead.
This week, the children have been budding artists as they have drawn a comic strip to retell the story of the first two Roman invasions. They added speech, thoughts and onomatepia words to make their comic realistic.
Each week, I will share three key words that parents can ask their children to explain/discuss. The words will all be things that we have learnt this week!
This weeks words are; invasion; prediction; suspense.
