PE with Joe is back
Its official, Joe Wicks is returning to his role as PE Teacher for the nation from Monday 11th January
He will be holding 20 minute lessons live on his YouTube channel 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am.
We would encourage all of our pupils to take part in these sessions. Exercise in the morning will release those endorphins that make you feel good and get your mind alert ready for your remote learning.
The workouts aren’t just for children, get the whole family involved and start 2021 on a positive and healthy mindset!
Set your alarm , get dressed , have a nutritious breakfast and be ready for PE with Joe!
