Year 5 Weekly Round Up
This week in English we have been designing our own robots to work in our theme parks. Before we started, we watched lots of cool videos to find out how robots can be used to help people. We loved designing and describing our robot friends!
In Art, we created art work inspired by Picasso’s Guernica. We each chose an event to focus on and lots of us decided to reflect on the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our favourite lessons this week have been PE. We have choreographed and practised a dance routine inspired by traditional Highland dancing. We have loved trying out the different moves and were really surprised at how tiring this style of dancing is!
