An introduction to Islam
This week in Year 3, we have been learning all about worship and what it means. To begin our lesson, we used our dictionary skills to find the definitions of different words associated with worship. This helped to develop our vocabulary as there were some new (and rather tricky) words we needed to understand. After this, we then completed a scavenger hunt around the classroom! We were given questions about Islamic worship and we needed to find the correct answer that Miss Bousfield had hidden around our classroom. We are all very excited for our next RE lesson to begin to find out how followers of the Islam religion worship.
