English – Yesterday you listened to the story ‘Rumble in the Jungle’ and tried to identify the rhyming words. Today I would like you to choose your own animal and write as many describing words for that animal as you can. Maths – Use this function machine to practise adding 2 to numbers. Can you spot a pattern? Can you make your own function machine that adds or subtracts a different number?
Music – Today to go with your animal English work I would like you to try and make the noises of the rainforest using either body percussion or objects you find around your home. We have done something similar before with ‘Mister Maker’ and the rain song.
Phonics – Practice the code for /oo/ as in spoon, screw and glue.
