Hat parade
A few weeks ago, Year 1 received a parcel and in it was a mysterious red hat. They thought it might be from the bear from our book 'I want my hat back' so they have carefully looked after the hat. Then, last week Year 1 received a strange letter from the 'bear' who asked them to make their own hat. Year 1 did a fantastic job of making a hat and even used super adjectives such as sparkly, glittery and pointy to describe their hats. In celebration assembly on Friday, they showed their fantastic creations off in a hat parade. Everyone was super impressed.
