Good morning everyone!
Here is your work for today:
English – Some of you may have seen the Space X Crew Dragon capsule which launched in to space this weekend. Two astronauts were on board as the capsule was launched in to orbit and travelled towards the International Space Station. I will post some videos below for you to watch.
Imagine you were an astronaut about to travel in to space for the first time. How do you think you would feel? What might you be thinking about while you were sat in your seat waiting for lift off? How do you think it would feel when the capsule was launched? How would you feel when you finally reached the Space Station after 19 hours in a tiny capsule?
Write a short diary entry entry to describe your feelings. You can use the starter below if you want to.
Dear Diary,

Maths – We are going to be learning about angles this week. An angle is a measure of a turn. Watch the video below but only up to 1:30. Now, look around you today and see how many right angles you can spot. Write down at least 10 right angles you can see in your house, garden or when you’re out for a walk.
Computing – I have set you a task on Purple Mash,
PE – Practice a skill such as dribbling a ball, skipping, throwing and catching or hula hooping.
Have a great day!
Miss Grey
