Athletes in training!
We were lucky enough to receive a visit from David Guest on Friday, a Welsh athlete who competed in the Commonwealth Games. David showed us how to execute each exercise safely and correctly before giving us the opportunity to have a go ourselves. The exercises included spotty dogs, mountain climbers, star jumps, push ups, squats and sit ups.
