Sleep matters

This week is Healthy Eating week and we started it by looking at sleep. We learnt why we need sleep, what happens to our bodies whilst we sleep and how a bed time routine can help us. We then discussed and acted out our bedtime routines which included a tidying our toys, a bubble bath and wash, changing in to pyjamas, brushing our teeth and having a bed time story.
