At Swalwell Primary School, we have been looking at the importance of making time for well-being. All pupils enjoyed their daily dose of well-being activities so we thought it would be good to share with you some ideas to try. We will share one a week for you all and would love to see your photos!
This week we are focusing on movement as many studies show moving more not only improves your well-being but your health! Why not set up an obstacle course for you and your family to do? However, to make it a real challenge, you could do it blindfolded and have a family member instruct you on how to complete the course! Have fun!
