Exploring Sound
This term we have been focusing on Working Scientifically. We have explored what we think a scientist is and what skills they need. We have then practised using the skills whilst undertaking experiments on sound.
We discovered by looking at an elastic band we could see the vibrations as it was plucked or strummed.
Then we investigated what pitch is and how to make it change before moving on to ... making our own musical instrument!
