Wellbeing Wednesday
You may have seen in previously that we work with a company called ‘RISE’ who provide mental health support.
The Rise team share a weekly short video on ‘Wellbeing Wednesday” with some helpful tips of ways to look after our wellbeing.
Each week the video will have a different theme but will always come back to thinking about ways that we can support ourselves and what is needed for positive wellbeing.
