Good morning!
I hope you all enjoyed our Swalwell Story Time yesterday and thank you to everyone for your appreciative comments. If you would like to hear more stories Seven Stories are streaming a live reading of a picture book on their Facebook page every Friday at 10am. Tomorrow’s story is ‘I Don’t Want to Wash My Hands’ by Tony Ross.
Today perhaps you could help to make your own sandwiches. Think about what you would like to put in your sandwich, you could write the ingredients that you need in your home diary. Work with your grown up to carefully use a knife to spread the butter on to the slices of bread and then add your filling. Why not draw a picture of your sandwich and record whether it was tasty or not!
Reception children could have a go at writing instructions explaining how to make a sandwich.
