Operation Space!
On Thursday Year 1 visited the Centre for Life to help us learn all about space! We had so much fun exploring and carrying out experiments. We were given the opportunity to investigate which material would create the best spacesuit for an astronaut, testing weight, flexibility and strength. We then learned all about how astronauts recycle water and use the toilet when they are in space with zero gravity! All of the children behaved so well and were a credit to the school.
