In the Archives of the Discovery Museum!
Year 3 and 4 felt very privileged to be behind the scenes at the Discovery Museum and able to look at documents, photographs and maps from the archives.
To support our Geography topic on settlements, we visited the archives to see how Newcastle has grown over the years. We were even able to handle maps that had been hand drawn and showed the building of the High Level Bridge!
