Recycled Drums
We are thoroughly enjoying our recycling topic! This week, we decided to use recycled materials to create our own musical drum set using a variety of plastic tubs and resources. We then experimented with different ways to decorate them using a new technique called action painting. Action painting is when we use large, spontaneous and vigorous brush strokes to give the effect of dripping and spilling onto the surface you paint onto. This was certainly the highlight of the week for many of us!
