Red Nose Day 2021
This year for red nose day we raised money by coming into school in non school uniform.We learned that the red noses this year were made out of sugarcane, we decide to investigate this further and found out that this change was made because plastic takes up to 400 years to degrade and styrofoam never degrades! By making the noses out of sugarcane this helps save our planet and animals. In class we have started a science experiment by placing our sugarcane red nose in a bowl of water and seeing how long it will take to start to bio-degrade.
