Chinese New Year

 

We have been learning about Chinese New Year in Early Years. We watched a shadow puppet story about how the years were named and how people celebrate Chinese New Year. We then decided that we would like to make Chinese dragon puppets. We ended our day by tasting Chinese noodles, rice, prawn crackers and mango. Yummy!
